Gold Seal Wisconsin engine

i took a flat head wisconsin engine out of an old asphalt roller before i scrapped it. I dont know what year it is. The distributor is on top & the magneto hole is covered up. Numbers on head read- 1117 64. Firing order-1342. Other numbers are hard to tell on side--exactly where do i look. I cant find any i can make out--Country from Dallas area.
